If one decides to buy one item from a big departmental store and buys that one item only,he/she can be said to have a focussed mind.
Swami Sarvabhutananda
The mind that is predominantly overpowered by bhoga and Aishvarya the discrimination capacity of the mind(BUDDHI) is clouded. It is for one to thinkand understand.
Swami Sarvabhutananda
For a Human being everything reaches the mind.In the mind alone the sense objects and all the experiences are experienced!(eg)while seeing the eyes are focussed on a thing but not recognised.while eating sometimes one does not know what is eaten and the taste etc.Such a mind is not a focussed mind. Focussed mind is required to know (understand) the SELF.
